We offer our members a blend of Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Wrestling specific classes.

– Introductory classes follow a separate time table than the membership schedule above.  Please Introductory class appointment calendar.
Kickboxing 201 and Master Cycle classes require pre-requisites and approval from the Head Coach before attending. All others are available to all levels. These are closed sessions for competitors only. Non-member observers are discouraged.
