Our Mixed Martial Arts schedule is designed unlike most other MMA classes NYC. We offer New Yorkers a blend of Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Wrestling specific classes as well as “Open Mat, Flo-Roll or Marathon Roll Sessions” sessions. At Ronin Athletics, we feel our students’ development is best complimented by supervised free form practice during sessions overseen by our gym’s senior members (i.e. Open Mat, Flo Roll, Marathon Roll and Bagwork Circuits) and offered throughout the week. For this reason, you will not find our schedule packed with Martial Art specific classes; rather, what you will find is a schedule designed to teach you the specifics while offering time to test and develop the techniques in a live, safe environment.

– Introductory classes follow a separate time table than the membership schedule above.  Please Introductory class appointment calendar.
201 and/or Fight Prep classes require pre-requisites and approval from the Head Coach before attending. All others are available to all levels. These are closed sessions for competitors only. Non-member observers are discouraged.
