On Oct 16th, 2008, our good friend and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion, Ryan Hall, gave a BJJ workshop for Team RONIN ATHLETICS. Ryan worked with our team on a number of incredible techniques including his world renowned triangle and upside-down guard!
