Multiple-time Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion, Felipe Costa, has been on the mats this week at RONIN ATHLETICS working with us on some incredible jiu-jitsu techniques.
For the past two days we’ve had the privilege of having Felipe teach both no-gi and gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu workshops as part of his Personal Training Program and the concepts, techniques, and his personalized attention has been simply outstanding.
